DRAWING PARTY
Vol.2

Date: Saturday, January 19, 6-10pm
Face/ Face Drawing Network
$5 (proceeds to go towards materials)

In the rise of online social networks, we would like to invite you to meet the face…and draw it!
We had a great turn out for our first night where over thirty people met old friends and made new ones and got to be visually intimate with each other. And all it took was a sharp pencil and some blank paper.

This night invites everyone to come and draw each others portraits. It’s a great way to impress that special someone through your talent or sense of humor.

You will be provided with paper and HB pencils. Or bring your own, you artist you.

With special guest "Harmonica Man from Japan" Ken Yoshioka

On the Sunday evening, we would congregate in the newest gallery on Bathurst street and we would simply draw a portrait of someone's face that you never met, or even talked before. The DRAWING PARTY is one of the un-trendy, old-school activities for the people these days who networking with Facebook or other social networking services. But it still works. We can communicate with others through drawing onversation with revealing identities that is the most important thing in our relationship with others.

All the finished drawings will be hanged on the gallery walls immediately and available to sell in $5 each. This is a fundraiser event. All the profit from this event goes to support the work of Gallery. So, that's what this is... AND YOU'RE INVITED!
